Mayor Mike Moncrief’s annual State of the City address, “An Agenda of Opportunity,” will focus on a wide-ranging set of issues the city faces and what’s needed to effectively deal with them: public safety and protecting neighborhoods, efficient city operations with a challenging budget, job creation and strong economic footing, and Tarrant County’s growing mobility crisis. Specific topics will include the city’s homeless initiative, Super Bowl XLV plans, the Trinity River Vision and more.
